AU animal resources bureau modernising agriculture – Business Daily
The African Union Inter-African Bureau for Animal Resources aims to modernise agriculture in Africa by improving and protecting animal health, enhancing livestock products; increasing productivity; improving food security; and transforming Africa into a major food exporter in the global arena.
AU IBAR also encourages people to take part in livestock trading expertise and supports animal welfare strategies that improve livelihood and reduce the rate of poverty in the continent
